" A stunning three-bedroom mid terrace townhouse, occupying a desirable position on the western periphery of the popular Ryewood development built by Berkeley Homes. This smart home was built in 2015 and benefits from well-proportioned accommodation of just under 1,200 square feet, arranged over three floors. The property has a very high internal specification, with upgrades made to the kitchen, garden, sitting room and master bedroom, and the property retains the benefit of the remaining NHBC warranty, which currently stands at 5 years. Five of the rooms also benefit from media wall plates for televisions, ensuring a clean finish and no visible wiring
