" A beautiful and well presented refurbished Victorian semi-detached house in a sought after road in the heart of Sevenoaks. The entrance hall has a tiled floor and leads into the drawing room with a large bay window. Double folding doors open out to the sitting room which features an open fireplace with marble surround. There is a separate utility room which has a large pantry with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor are four double bedrooms of which three have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and a separate shower room also on this floor. Stairs lead to the second floor where there is a spacious master bedroom which has a dressing room. There is an additional room which is currently being used as a cinema / television room, but could be used as another bedroom. There is also a spacious bathroom has a bath and separate shower. To the front of the property is a gravel driveway with a single detached garage and parking for several cars.
