" THE PROPERTY Kings Estates are delighted to offer this impressive extended 5-bedroom, 2 bathshower room semi detached house with a beautiful garden backing onto a stream, situated in an enviable cul de sac position in the heart of Chipstead village.

THE LOCATION This super family house backs on to a delightful stream and is situated in a cul de sac in the heart of Chipstead village. Darent Close itself is home to just 14 dwellings and has a wonderful community spirit.

Chipstead has won the ‘Best Kept Village in Kent‘ award several times and has its own "good" Ofsted rated primary school (Chevening CEP), pre-school and two well regarded village pubs, the Bricklayers which is a stones throw away and the George & Dragon in the village square. Furthermore the Kings Head pub on Bessels Green is closeby and within easy walking distance.

Chipstead Lake lies just behind the property and offers licensed fishing, sailing, paddle boarding and open water swimming, plus events which includes an annual dragon boat race which many of the local residents love to participate in. Sevenoaks mainline rail station is only 1.7 miles away, with fast and frequent services to London (London Bridge from 24 minutes).
