" A semi-detached property situated close to a sought-after conservation area minutes from the centre of Sevenoaks, featuring a pleasant garden and well-presented interiors. The house sits in an elevated position set back from the road in a spacious corner plot and has great potential as a family home. Internally the house is well presented with modern, neutral interiors with some character features, including an original fireplace. The ground floor living accommodation has been opened up to create an open plan space that has great flow and is ideal for entertaining. More modern additions include a conservatory to the rear and a contemporary bathshower room.
