" A modern 4 bed detached house with an integral garage in a very central location in Sevenoaks. The house is within walking distance of the station and the shops. The kitchen is a good size with a large breakfast area. It is fitted with integral dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. There is a separate utility room with a basin, fitted cupboards and space for a washer and a dryer. The kitchen, hall and utility room all have attractive tiled floors. The sitting room is at the rear of the property and has a coal effect fire and French doors onto the courtyard garden. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have excellent storage space. The master bedroom has an en-suite, tiled shower room. This has recently been refurbished, as has the family bathroom which has a shower in the bath. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom or study and a large open plan room which is currently used as a family room. Off this room there is also a good amount of storage space in the eaves. The house is neutrally decorated throughout. "
