" This superbly presented Grade II-listed townhouse is situated at the end of an attractive terrace built in the early 19th century. The property is arranged over four storeys and is built from the traditional local brick under a Welsh slate roof. Many period features remain including sash windows with an oriel window to the first floor and a stucco pediment over the front door. Internally the house has been extensively modernised and is now appointed in a contemporary style, having been fully renovated throughout. New additions include engineered oak flooring, new carpeting and freshly painted walls. Also of note is the handsome kitchen with attractive units complemented by wood work surfaces and integrated appliances.

To the ground floor, the front door opens to an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. There is also a bedroomreception roomoffice which would be ideal for a number of uses and the useful utility room. On the first floor there is a good size open plan kitchensitting room, where there is also space for a dining table. London is accessible by rail in around 30 minutes, plus access to the national motorway network via the M25 at Junction 5. Sevenoaks station offers regular services to London Bridge and Charing Cross.
