Located along a rural lane yet walking distance to amenities in the sought after village of Horsmonden.

About Horsmonden

Around the picturesque village green there is a chemist, hair salon, a multi awarding general store - Heath Stores – providing fresh meat, fish, cheeses, a deli-counter, and off-license. The village pub offers a friendly atmosphere and serves traditional pub food. The social club on the village green is the social hub of the village, with lots of special events including a breakfast club for gentlemen once a month and social events for all occasions.  Every Wednesday, ‘The Chip Shop Boys’ arrive in a mobile van to cook delicious fish and chips and on Thursday a pizza van can be found in the village serving delicious, fresh pizzas. Horsmonden has a Cricket Club, Tennis Club, a much used Village Hall, and a bi-weekly Farmer’s Market. Golf courses abound locally with a variety of water sports available at Bewl Water. Villagers are extremely proud of the village Primary school and local Kindegarten and its excellent reputation. For schooling in the private sector, one has a wide choice all within a reasonable driving distance. There is also a bus link to Mascall's School in Paddock Wood.

The nearest main line railway station is Paddock Wood (with an adjacent Waitrose) and this provides fast and frequent services to London Bridge, Charing Cross/Cannon Street, Gatwick, Heathrow and Ashford International, with its excellent services to Europe.
