The White House is an attractive property dating back to the late 1700s, Grade II listed. Once a saddlery for the village, offering two good size reception rooms, fitted kitchen, ground floor cloakroom, separate utility, three bedrooms set out over two floors and family bathroom. Courtyard garden to the rear and two car parking spaces in the public car park at the rear of the property, which are unallocated.



LOCATION
Who wouldn't want to live in Brenchley village? With its many lovely buildings of historic and architectural interest. The White House is in the heart of this thriving village and is therefore within easy reach of the church, post office, forge, doctors, village sports club and an old fashioned pub and sought after primary school. Brenchley is surrounded by some lovely countryside yet only two miles distant to Paddock Wood offering mainline station to London Charing Cross, London Bridge/Canon Street. Waitrose supermarket, Mascalls Comprehensive School. The larger towns of Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells which all have excellent shops, schools and recreational facilities plus mainline railways services to London.

The White House dates back to late 1700s, Grade II listed, and was once a saddlery for the village, being next door to the old forge.
