" Location, location. Well what can I say, if you know Matfield you will be aware it is one of the most sought after villages in Kent - a picture perfect postcard. You have two beautiful village pubs great to retreat to after a walk in the local countryside, a village green with duck pond, and not forgetting the must have general store.
The property is located just a short stroll from the village green; what could be better than on your days off being able to walk to all the amenities that Matfield has to offer? Purchasing this house will provide the opportunity for the idyllic countryside lifestyle where the local community are friendly and relaxed; welcoming you at the pub as a local, or perhaps meeting other residents on the village green whilst watching a game of cricket.
The house is set back from the lane with gravel parking for three or more cars beside an area of grass with a few mature shrubs and plants. Once inside you realise what a gem this property is, with a utility room running the width of the home. The lounge is a good sized family room with large double glazed windows overlooking the garden, whilst the kitchen/dining room is a must have for any family; complete with all the appliances you will need to prepare good home-cooked food. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one single, and the family bathroom. Outside to the rear you have a large garden ideal for family get-togethers, or just to relax and potter around in.

What the Owner says:

We’ve always lived in Matfield and really enjoy the community aspect of life in the village.
Since we have lived here we have built an extension, giving us a larger living room and the kitchen breakfast room which we use all the time.
The whole family have enjoyed the good size garden, in particular the children, who love playing sport and recreating match of the day!
My husband commutes to London so the fact that the mainline train station in Paddock Wood is very close makes the journey much easier.
