" Description:    An extended four bedroom detached property that has been extended and now provides two reception rooms, large kitchen and conservatory, at the front the driveway offers parking and turning space leading to the detached double garage with a good size area of garden to the rear and side of the property leading down to the millstream.

Situation:    East Peckham was the centre of the hop growing industry in Kent and has a variety of local shops, doctors surgery, church and local hostelries with a variety of clubs and organisations. The larger town of Tonbridge is approximately 15 minutes driving distance away and offers an excellent range of retail and leisure activities with many High Street stores and a full complement of banks and building societies, together with a selection of coffee shops, restaurants and local inns. The mainline station provides fast commuter links into London (Cannon Street/London Bridge/Charing Cross) in approximately 40 minutes, with road links to the M20 & M25 motorways via the nearby A26 and A21.
