" If you like spending time in the garden then this chalet style bungalow is a must see, boasting great sized accommodation with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fantastic living space.

There is no doubt this home is warm, welcoming and spacious. As soon as you enter the bright neutral decor instantly makes you feel at home. The lounge is a great size and has a fantastic wood-burner installed, ideal for the winter months. The open plan breakfast room is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while looking out over the garden. The current owners have installed a mezzanine currently being used as an office but would also work equally well as a snug. The fitted kitchen is a good size providing plenty of unit and surface space as well as room for a range of integrated appliances, there is also a utility room off the breakfast room. To the other side of the property there is a separate dining room which provides great additional space for entertaining family and friends. The wonderful conservatory really comes into its own in the summer and it's easy to see why the owners spend so much time out here. There is a double bedroom and beautiful shower room as well as a further study to the ground floor.

LOCATION
Hildenborough is two miles north-west of Tonbridge and only 5 miles south-east of Sevenoaks. The village is the family home of a well-known Olympic gold medallist and a former resident was the late Sir Henry Cooper. There are two Primary Schools -including the well regarded Stocks Green Primary School, Doctors' Surgery and Church. Tonbridge is an historic market town surrounded by glorious countryside and with parts dating back to Saxon times. It is centred around the Medway river and features Kent's best example of a Motte and Bailey Gatehouse at Tonbridge Castle. A colourful history intertwines tales of Kings and tyrants, heroes and mercenaries and there are links with famous literary figures. Modern day life focuses on the many excellent Private and State Schools of all grades and an easy commute to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. There are two markets in the town - one held every Saturday and the popular well-known Kent Farmers' Market on the second Sunday of each month. Recreational pursuits in the area include golf courses and squash courts at Poult Wood and Nizels Golf & Country Club and Tonbridge Sports Ground provides swimming pools, tennis courts, riverside walks and cycle path to Penshurst.
