Charcott is an attractive rural hamlet situated approximately two miles from the popular villages of Leigh and Weald, both offering local shops and amenities for everyday needs. The local Penshurst Railway Station (Tonbridge/Redhill line) is situated nearby in Chiddingstone Causeway which also provides a small general store/post office and church, whilst a main line station to London (Charing Cross/Cannon Street) may be found at Hildenborough approximately three miles away. DIRECTIONS
From our office on the corner of Riding Lane and the Tonbridge Road, proceed in a northerly direction taking the first left hand turning into Noble Tree Road. At the staggered crossroads proceed straight over into Philpots Lane. Remain on Philpots Lane until reaching a T-junction on a bend, bear left here into Scabharbour Road. Charcott is the next hamlet you reach and number 3 Old Orchard will be found on the right hand side.
