A most attractive sandstone Victorian semi-detached house with part rendered and timbered elevations to the front and tile hung to the rear enjoying a superb plot with 80' rear garden adjoining open countryside. The property occupies a favourable location on the outskirts of this picturesque village and overlooks the grounds of Penshurst Place to the front. PENSHURST
The village of Penshurst is charming, attractive and much revered. Penshurst Place dominates this parish and the Penshurst estate has acres of wooded land to explore, with the adventure playground at Penshurst Place and cycle path to Leigh. The village is surrounded by beautiful open countryside offering numerous opportunities for recreational activities. The Stations at Penshurst (3 miles) and Hildenborough (under 5 miles) offer fast and regular services to Central London (approx 40 mins). The village comes within the catchment area for Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells Grammar Schools and bus services also run to these towns.

DIRECTIONS
From our office on the B245 Tonbridge Road, take the B2027 into Leigh. Continue through the village heading in a westerly direction as the High Street links to the Penshurst Road heading towards Chiddingstone and Edenbridge. On the outskirts of the village, take the left hand signpost to Penshurst and remain on this road for approximately one and a half miles and this property will be found on the right hand side, just past the 'Old Orchard' and can be identified by our For Sale board.
