" They say you can't have too much of a good thing and, after 20 years of happy living, the owners are making the difficult but very beneficial decision to move from a home that they have loved in order to be closer to their grandchildren. They have lived in Hadlow now for getting close to 40 years, which is a testament to how wonderful this village is and how practical a place to be with a family and busy lifestyle. Smithers Close is one of those cul-de-sacs that people rarely move from. When you view this home, you will see a property that could provide further potential for expansion, subject to Planning, if needed but, actually, it already provides wonderful 4 Bedroom accommodation with a ground floor extension meaning you have a spacious Living Room to relax in and you can see the family around the dining table whilst enjoying the view over the garden with the sun going down. There is a large Kitchen for the family chef to supply those hungry mouths from. There is no shortage of parking here either and, as the owners say, it is a safe environment for the children to be in.We were impressed from the moment we stepped into the spacious Hall and we are sure you will be too.
