If you are the latter then we invite you to take a look at this family home situated in Monypenny Close. With three good sized bedrooms, lounge, an air conditioned conservatory, modern bathroom and kitchen, double glazing and gas central heating and excellent décor throughout, you really could just pick up your belongings and move straight in.

Our home has looked after us for nearly 11 years. It’s in a friendly, established close with most of us being the original owners from new. Hadlow offers everything you need on a daily basis and Tonbridge is just up the road. The house is deceiving from the front but visitors are always surprised by the size of the property and gardens. We’ve extended the house and have made a huge effort to landscape the gardens and change the layout of the house to appreciate the lovely countryside views from the side. It is a warm house and is cheap to run. The conservatory has climate control, and gets the sun throughout the day. The garden has many seating areas bathed in the sun all day long.
