" Description    A semi-detached Gough Cooper style house, extended on the ground floor is a spacious entrance hall with doorways to playroom, kitchen and lounge, from the latter is an archway to the dining room, play room, study, well fitted L shaped kitchen and a cloakroom.   On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.   The property has the benefit of double glazed windows and gas fired central heating by radiators. To the front of the property is a parking area for multiple vehicles and at the rear is a sheltered rear garden. Internal inspection thoroughly recommended.

Situation    The property is situated in a cul de sac in the popular Roselands development near Woodlands Primary School. There are local amenities available in Martin Hardies Way together with bus services to the town centre. Tonbridge High Street is within one and three quarter miles providing comprehensive shopping facilities, recreational amenities, bus services to the surrounding districts with pubs and restaurants.
