" A 3 bed semi detached house, situated close to north of Tonbidge town centre. The property comprises a spacious entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, lounge/dining room, two double bedrooms which both have fitted wardrobes, one single bedroom with a wardrobe cupboard and a large family bathroom. To the front of the property there is plenty of parking on the paved drive, which is surrounded by flower/shrub beds. To the rear there is a patio area adjacent to the house, which in turn leads to a level lawn fully secured with close boarded fencing and mature hedging. The property has the benefit of double glazing throughout and full gas fired central heating. EPC Rating C.
LOCATION
From Sevenoaks, travel in a southerly directly towards Tonbridge and after passing through Hildenborough, turn left (signposted to A227) into Dry Hill Road. Proceed to the top of the road and turn left on to the A227. Keep on this road until reaching a parade of shops set back from the road, and at the end of the parade turn immediately left into Bishops Oak Ride. The property is towards the end of the road on the left side.
