The living room will cope with the flat screen TV and leather sofa you had your eye on! The kitchen and bathroom are again beautiful and positioned ideally within the layout to benefit from the garden - yes your own garden for having friends round for a barbecue or just lazing in the sun. The back door can access both the toilet and the kitchen.With your first purchase there is always something on the 'must have' dream list that isn't there - in this flat, most of your dreams and wishes should come true!

I bought this flat knowing it needed a lot of work, but I knew it could be something special. After putting in central heating, plastering all the walls, fitting a new kitchen and decorating everything, I am so pleased and proud at the end result.Parking here is always easy and the area is quiet. To have my own garden has been really great. Getting into town is easy as well, the walk is not too far but the bus stop is just up the road.I will be sad to leave my lovely flat, but having a family now means it is time to move on.
