" Walking up the garden path of 6 Albert Cottages for the first time gives you that special feeling of coming home. A feeling of tradition exudes from the property from the wooden flooring to the stunning fireplace. It conjures images of family gatherings and open fires. All of the improvements to this property have been sympathetically and well thought out.
In superb condition it is presented to you and offered ready to move into.
Many features will strike you upon entering the cottage, the stunning stripped pine original doors, the original fireplace in the main bedroom for example but more than this there is a warmth to the cottage that is hard to define.
The centre piece of the sitting room is the fireplace, a real feature of the house. There is plenty of space in the dining room for a dining table for a cosy dinner 'a deux' or for entertaining friends and family. There are two bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the first floor. There is a lovely south facing courtyard garden to the rear which is alive with sunshine and is bathed in sunlight. Throughout the house there is great built in storage including a boarded loft.

When we walked into the cottage for the first time we fell in love with the feel of the place. It worked well before the children came along but works just as well as a family home. Being in the St. James' school catchment area and within 10 minutes walk of Tunbridge Wells station is very convenient and yet the lane has a lovely quiet feel about it.
