The ground floor has a reception hall with a cloakroom and a door to the integral garage equipped as a utility room. The dining room has bi-fold doors leading to the spacious conservatory with delightful views of the garden. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, 4 ring gas hob, grill and oven with space for appliances and door to outside. The garage houses plumbing space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The excellent L shaped sitting room is situated on the first floor with two large picture windows to the front, the principal bedroom is also on this floor with fantastic outlooks over the garden, fitted wardrobe cupboards and an en suite shower room. On the top floor there are three further bedrooms and the family bathroom. Situation
Situated in the centre of Tunbridge Wells and close to the highly regarded St James' School (0.2 miles). Tunbridge Wells town centre is about (0.3 miles) with excellent shopping facilities, and in particular at the Royal Victoria Place Shopping Precinct. In the lower part of the town are the famous Pantiles, the High Street and Main Line Station. There are excellent schools for children of all ages in the area.
