What the Owner says:

We bought this charming little Victorian cottage as an investment and it has served us very well for many years, and we have been especially pleased that the tenants have wanted to stay for many years. We liked the road a lot, and were particularly keen to have a classic Victorian house. Tunbridge Wells was absolutely our first choice - there is always strong demand whether letting or selling, with excellent transport links into London, great schools, and first class shopping and entertainment facilities in both the town centre and the industrial estate.
