Situation

The Rock is a now established and maturing modern residential locality occupying a very convenient position in central Telford a little over 1 mile due west of Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development, the M54 motorway and the town’s central railway station.

Damson Drive is a maturing residential area of similar calibre detached houses.

How to get there - from the Telford Town Centre proceed past the Police Station; at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto West Centre Way (B5072); at the mini roundabout continue straight ahead and at the Old Park roundabout take the 5th exit onto Old Park Way (B4373); at the Mossey Green roundabout take the 1st left into Bellpit Road then 1st right into Damson Drive – continue along where the property is on the left hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
