Situation

Shifnal is an attractive small country town set in the Shropshire countryside, yet most conveniently situated some three miles east of the excellent range of shopping and recreational facilities at Telford town centre. The M54 is within very easy reach providing access to the M6 and the West Midlands conurbation.  The town is also serviced by a railway station providing access to Wolverhampton, Birmingham and beyond, as well as Wellington and Shrewsbury.

The property is situated in a small cul-de-sac.

 

The property

Has been significantly extended in the past and comprises an entrance porch which gives access to the hallway.  The hallway has a staircase ascending to the first floor, useful under stairs store cupboard, access to lounge and kitchen.  The lounge has patio doors leading to the rear conservatory and access to the utility room which has a cloakroom/wc and door leading to the integral garage.

How to get there – from J4 of the M54 proceed westbound and take the first exit (signposted services) onto the A464 Priorslee Road.  Continue along the Priorslee Road (A464) to Shifnal and at the Five Ways roundabout take the second exit onto Shrewsbury Road and continue along where the road bears left to the High Street and turn right into Drayton Road, third right into Cornwallis Drive then second right into Grenville Court where the property is situated on the left hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
