Situation

Shifnal is an attractive small country town set in the Shropshire countryside, yet most conveniently situated some three miles east of the excellent range of shopping and recreational facilities at Telford town centre. The M54 is within very easy reach providing access to the M6 and the West Midlands conurbation. The town is also serviced by a railway station providing access to Wolverhampton, Birmingham and beyond, as well as Wellington and Shrewsbury.

Dunstanville Court is a small gated development comprising 2 bedroom town houses and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments situated in the heart of Shifnal.

How to get there – from the motorway network exit at junction 4 (M54) and take the 1st exit left (signposted services) on to the Priorslee Road; continue over the mini roundabout (adjacent to the services) continuing on the A464 into Shifnal; at the Five Ways roundabout take the 2nd exit straight on to the B4379 (Shrewsbury Road) – continue along bearing slightly left where Dunstanville Court is on the right hand side and is approached through a gated entrance.  The property is situated on the left.
