Situation

Shifnal is an attractive small country town set in the Shropshire countryside, yet most conveniently situated some three miles east of the excellent range of shopping and recreational facilities at Telford town centre. The M54 is within very easy reach providing access to the M6 and the West Midlands conurbation.  The town is also serviced by a railway station providing access to Wolverhampton, Birmingham and beyond, as well as Wellington and Shrewsbury.

The property

Is situated on a corner plot with the accommodation comprising an entrance hallway which has a staircase ascending to the first floor landing and access leading to the lounge.   The lounge has a large opening leading through to the dining area where there is a useful under stairs store cupboard, door leading to the rear lobby, patio doors leading to the rear garden.  The rear lobby has a door leading to the rear garden, access to the kitchen and a useful utility cupboard which has plumbing for washing machine.  The kitchen has an outlook towards the rear garden, a range of base and wall units, integrated oven and hob and space for dishwasher.

How to get there – from the motorway network exit at junction 4 (M54) and take the 1st exit left (signposted Shifnal) on to the Priorslee Road; continue over the mini roundabout (adjacent to the services) continuing on the A464 into Shifnal, at the Five Ways roundabout take the 2nd exit – the road bears left and continues onto High Street where the property is on the left hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
