" A beautifully restored three storey Edwardian home offering two reception rooms and four bedrooms with garden and street parking located within this popular market town of Shifnal. Telford - 4 miles, Albrighton - 9.3 miles, Shrewsbury - 15.7 miles, Wolverhampton - 18.5 miles, Stourbridge - 23.6 miles, Birmingham - 33 miles. (All distances are approximate)

LOCATION The property is situated in the popular established residential locality of Shifnal and is just a short walk from the High Street. The market town offers a wide range of amenities including a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Primary and secondary schooling, sports facilities and places of interest. There is also excellent public transport links including a local train station. The town is conveniently placed for access to Telford town centre with its excellent range of shopping and leisure facilities and also for the West Midlands conurbation. To the SECOND FLOOR is a SINGLE BEDROOM with corner wash hand basin and window to the rear aspect and a further DOUBLE BEDROOM with a window to the front aspect, eaves storage and access to a boarded loft space. OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a small brick wall boundary having iron railings and box hedging with a gate leading to a gravelled foregarden and front entrance. Gated side access leads around to the rear garden. The pleasant rear garden has been landscaped and offers a large lawned garden and a patio seating area leading off the conservatory.
