DIRECTIONS
From the M5 motorway junction 22 at Edithmead, proceed north along the A38 towards Bristol/Weston super Mare. At the East Brent roundabout take the first exit onto the A370, proceed straight across at the traffic lights and take the next turning right. Turn right again into Manor Close where the property will be found towards the end of the road on the right hand side.

SITUATION
The sought after village of East Brent lies between the towns of Burnham on Sea (approximately 4 miles) and Weston super Mare (approximately ten miles) and is in the catchment area of Hugh Sexey Middle School and Kings of Wessex Senior School.
