The property is to be found in a terrace of five. This one being a mid terrace property having the benefit of double glazing and gas fired central heating from a combination boiler (three and a half years old). Built of brick and block cavity walls having a tiled, felted and insulated roof.

Situated in a short cul-de-sac of other similar properties close to the centre of the village of West Huntspill and being within easy reach of the local school, choice of public houses and village store. The mainline railway station at Highbridge is approximately two miles, Burnham-on-Sea three and a half miles and the M5 junction 22 at Edithmead being four miles drive giving excellent access to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter and the M4 corridor.
