LOCATION:

Catcott is a favoured village set on the Polden Hills, seven miles to the west of Street and seven miles from the M5 motorway Junction 23. Catcott provides a primary school, church and two pubs. The thriving town of Street provides an excellent range of facilities and is also the home of Millfield School. Catcott is 29 miles from Bristol International Airport, 37 miles from the City of Bristol and 22 miles from the County Town of Taunton.

From Street proceed on the A39 towards Bridgwater passing through the villages of Walton and Ashcott. After approximately five miles turn right signposted to Catcott. Drop down the hill and upon reaching the crossroads, King William Public House opposite, proceed straight ahead into King William Road. On reaching the 'T' junction, turn left into Manor Road and at the War Memorial bear right and right again into Steel Lane, take the next left turning into Hector Road where the property will be identified on the right hand side by our 'For Sale' board.
