The property is situated in the village of Chilton Polden which is conveniently located for access to the M5 motorway junction 23 some 4.5 miles distant. Drop down the hill and upon reaching the crossroads, turn left and continue for a further mile into Chilton Polden passing the village shop on the right hand side. Take the next right turning into Goose Lane and turn left into Barton Rise. Number 1 will be found immediately on the left hand side.
