SITUATION Yew Tree Cottage is situated in the centre of this charming village, which has a church, public house, post office and infant school. Dunster 3 miles away is a beautiful medieval village set within Exmoor National Park and boasts its own Castle and a Medieval Yarn Market. The beautiful North Somerset coastline is 4 miles away.
 
The County Town of Taunton is approximately 25 miles away and the Cathedral City of Exeter lies approximately 38 miles south of the property. Both provide good recreational and retail facilities as well as access to the M5, fast rail links and flights from Exeter Airport.
 
The beautiful Exmoor countryside, the coastline and the Quantock Hills are all within a short driving distance, providing fantastic opportunities for riding, walking and water sports. DESCRIPTION Yew Tree Cottage is a very well presented attached period cottage of traditional construction built mainly of stone under a slate roof. The accommodation has been tastefully refurbished to provide very comfortable accommodation offering immense charm with an inglenook fireplace, exposed timber beams and stonework.

The floor has attractive quarry tiles with part under-floor heating and there is space for a dining table.
 
Upstairs there are two character double bedrooms, with exposed beams and the main bedroom has two built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have views across the village towards Dunkery Hill and the moor. The bathroom has a white suite with chrome antique style fittings and has dado panelling, together with a separate shower cubicle. SERVICES Mains electricity, drainage and water. DIRECTIONS From Dulverton take the A396 Minehead road, passing through Wheddon Cross and on to Timberscombe.
