" A substantial well built 5 bedroom detached house in a village location overlooking a lovely orchard. 2 Reception rooms, large kitchen/diner, parking, level garden in a village location.

SITUATION The Willows is situated overlooking an orchard in the centre of the village of Carhampton. Carhampton provides excellent facilities including Post Office/Stores, Church, Inn, Recreation Centre and Playing Field. The village is 3? miles from the coastal resort of Minehead, which nestles between Exmoor and the sea and offers a wide range of attractions including the beach, promenade, a small picturesque harbour, beautiful gardens and excellent shopping and schooling. The beautiful countryside of Exmoor National Park, Porlock Weir and the Quantock Hills are all within a short driving distance, providing fantastic opportunities for riding and walking. The county town of Taunton, which is approximately 20 miles away, has excellent retail and commercial facilities, together with access to the M5 and a main line station with fast trains to London. In Taunton there are three independent schools, Somerset County Cricket ground and Taunton Racecourse. DESCRIPTION Completed by the owners in 2008, The Willows has been constructed to a high specification with excellent levels of energy efficiency.
