" A charming semi-detached Grade II listed cottage with parking, large garden and outstanding panoramic views. 2 reception rooms, kitchen, utility/boot room, cloakroom, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, garage, summerhouse.

SITUATION The property is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Old Cleeve just outside the Exmoor National Park. Old Cleeve has a strong community spirit based around the Church and Community Hall where there are a number of weekly clubs and sports teams. Nearby is the Old Cleeve Church of England First School. More comprehensive amenities can be found just 3 miles away in the nearby village of Williton to include a greengrocer, butchers, post office, bank, library, doctors surgery and veterinary centre.
 
The historical village of Dunster is 4 miles from the property, known to be one of the prettiest villages in England. Situated on the edge of the Exmoor National Park, it is ideally located for access to the wonderful moorland and nearby coastline. The village itself boasts a primary school, church, post office and several public houses and restaurants. Dunster is also famous for its large Castle and Yarn Market.
 
The property is well placed just a short drive from the A39, which gives excellent access to the county town of Taunton, which is approximately 18 miles away. Taunton has extensive retail and commercial facilities, together with access to the M5 motorway and a main line station with fast trains to London. The panoramic views from this area are far reaching in all directions across open countryside, both towards Exmoor and along the coast to Minehead and North Hill.
