DIRECTIONS From A358 junction with the A303 take the exit signposted Horton and Broadway. On entering the hamlet of Horton turn right just after the Five Dials Inn public house into Goose Lane. Proceed along this road for approx half a mile, passing the Post Office on your left and over the river, follow the road to the end and South Cottage can be found at the end just before the T-juction and war memorial. LETTINGS The property is available to rent for a period of 6/12 months plus on renewable Assured Shorthold Tenancy, unfurnished and is available from the beginning of November. RENT: ?625 per calendar month exclusive, DEPOSIT: ?725 returnable at the end of tenancy subject to any deductions.
