KITCHEN / RECEPTION ROOM - Windows to the front and side of the property, a selection of wall and base units with worktops, a breakfast bar with two stools, stainless steel sink with drainer, space for a fridge and a cooker, 2 x electric heaters. BEDROOM - Window to the side of the property, 1 x electric heater and a telephone point. BATHROOM - Window to the side of the property, bathroom suite comprising bath with shower above, WC and a pedestal basin. Agent Fees TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rents are exclusive of council tax, water rates, fuel bills (gas, electricity or oil)
and telephone charges, unless otherwise stated. One month?s rent is payable in advance, together with a deposit equivalent to one month?s rent, prior to commencement of tenancy.

You will need to pay a rental application fee of ?45.00. This fee is non-returnable and is charged to cover the cost of credit reference checks.
