" This two bedroom, mid terrace, character cottage is situated in the heart of the popular Somerset village of Montacute. The property comprises of living room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. To the rear of the property is a well maintained rear garden. The property further benefits from double glazing and gas central heating.AMENTIES AND RECREATION    Montacute is a most attractive South Somerset village with a wealth of character properties and is well known for the National Trust owned Montacute House. In the village there is a post office, shop, garage, public houses and an infant school. Stoke Sub Hamdon lies approximately two miles distant, where there are further shopping facilities and a secondary school. Yeovil is approximately 6 miles away, where there are more comprehensive shopping, leisure and schooling facilities.
