This former farm cottage benefits from countryside views and is within minutes driving distance of Montacute and Yeovil. This Property is double glazed and has a large garden to the front, with a good size Summer house, and a rear court yard garden with out house.AMENITIES AND RECREATION    Montacute is a most attractive South Somerset village with a wealth of character properties and is well known for the National Trust owned Montacute House. In the village there is a post office, saddlers, antique shop. Stoke sub Hamdon lies approximately two miles distant where there are further shopping facilities and Yeovil is approximately 6 miles where there are more comprehensive shopping, leisure and schooling facilities.
