57 Etsome Terrace is a well proportioned semi-detached house constructed of blue-lias natural stone, consisting of good sized accomodation. The property is in need of renovation and modernisation throughout and would be suitable to extend subject to the usual planning permission and building regulations. Living space includes: entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. To the first floor there are three bedrooms. The property has a driveway allowing off road parking for several cars and side access to the large garden with two timber sheds.

Somerton was the ancient Capital of Wessex in the 8th century and a former market town. It then later became the County town of Somerset in the 13th/14th Century.
