Summary
3 Hawthorne Close is a spacious detached family house, built and designed by the current owner in the mid 1980's. The property offers excellent size accommodation over two floors including large sitting room, dining room kitchen, utility room and ground floor shower room. There is a further reception room that would also suit as a fourth bedroom. To the first floor there are three large bedrooms and bathroom, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
