      A lovely bungalow in a delightful rural setting about four miles from historic Ludlow.

      The bungalow has been extended and provides a good amount of accommodation ideal for a couple. There is scope for improvement and would be ideal for someone who wants to add their own refurbishment.

      The bungalow has the benefit of two good sized double bedrooms. There is a 19' long large living room as well as a very well fitted kitchen/dining area. Central heating is provided by both the 'Stanley' solid fuel oven and cooker unit as well as the back boiler from the 'Cosy' wood burning stove in the living room.

      The surrounding gardens are a particularly attractive feature. Designed to take full advantage of the available sunlight one can sit and enjoy the picturesque display of plants and shrubs. There is a detached garage with plenty of loft storage space. There are two garden sheds and stores.

      There are two driveways, one at the rear off the lane and another at the front of the bungalow. The elevated position takes full advantage of the magnificent views from the rear across the Teme Valley towards the Welsh hills. A fully glazed conservatory gives all year round enjoyment of the surrounding countryside.

      The bungalow lies about ten minutes normal drive time from the historic market town of Ludlow with all its amenities. Clee Hill village shops are to the east, are about two miles away, with Kidderminster and the West Midlands conurbation beyond.

      The property lies about 4 miles east of Ludlow at Farden on the corner of the Kidderminster road and Farden lane. Leave Ludlow by the A4117 Kidderminster road. After just over 3 miles, ascending Angel Bank, look out for the red telephone box on the right hand side. There are two driveways to the property. Turn right immediately before the telephone box into the lane and park on the left hand side at the rear of the bungalow.
