Designated parking is found to the rear of the property where there are also visitors spaces available. A small foregarden leads you to the entrance door which opens to the hallway, directly in front of you are the stairs to the first floor while to the right is the living room. A lovely light airy room which has ample space for a three piece suite of a large corner sofa as is currently in situ. The whole house is tastefully decorated as you'll see on your tour, it's neutral yet engaging and as there is no upward chain you really will be able to move your furniture straight in and relax. The kitchen diner is a lovely family space, the units are modern and stylish with an integrated oven and space for all the necessary appliances. There is also space for a dining table and chairs so you can gather the family around the table at meal times and spend some quality time together. Off the kitchen you will find a useful utility room and also a downstairs cloakroom with WC. The rear garden is accessed from the utility room.

A brick paved patio is the ideal seating area and is also covered by a wooden pergola. Artificial lawn ensures the garden is low maintenance which leaves more space in the shed to store fun items such as the family bike collection. Shrewsbury, the birth place of Charles Darwin, is a vibrant and lively town with a very cosmopolitan yet traditional atmosphere. The town?s 660 listed buildings are complimented by a host of trendy and sophisticated bars and restaurants, the medieval streets do however still retain many classic public houses and dining establishments. Built on the River Severn the town hosts the annual Shrewsbury Flower Show which is one of the largest and oldest horticultural shows in the country attracting over 100,000 visitors. Home to 4 shopping centres, 2 significant retail parks and countless independent retailers the town is an excellent place to enjoy some retail therapy. If you prefer to spend your time soaking up a little more culture the Theatre Severn provides many varied productions and entertainment, or perhaps a visit to the Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery or Shrewsbury Castle would be more fitting. Other places of note are ?The Quarry? a 29 acre riverside park, the largely unchanged Medieval Market place, Shrewsbury Abbey, the 9 bridges crossing the river Severn most notably the English and Welsh bridges, the Lord Hill?s Column ? the largest free-standing Doric column in the world and the Shropshire Agricultural Showground which hosts one of the county?s most important agricultural shows. The town has many sporting and recreational facilities including Shrewsbury Town Football Club, who play their home games at the purpose built New Meadow stadium, Shrewsbury Rugby Club, Shrewsbury Rowing Club and Shrewsbury Motorcross Club to name but a few. There are also a number of popular golf clubs in and around the town, a good selection of Gymnasiums and Health Clubs and a thriving running scene.

Welshpool is the fourth largest town in Powys and as such provides a wide array of amenities. It has good transport links with the Train Station being serviced by Arriva Trains Wales and regular local bus routes in operation to Llanfair Caerieinon, Newtown, Oswestry and Aberystwyth. National Express also run daily links to Shrewsbury, Birmingham and London. The town has good educational facilities to accommodate students up until the age of 18, while there are also nursery and playschool facilities available. At the other end of the spectrum there are residential care homes for the elderly as well as a medical centre. Welshpool is a pretty, rural market town and has much Georgian architecture to admire, other points of interest may lay in the numerous public houses (of which we know of at least eleven), if local history is more your thing then Powysland Museum would be worth a visit, one place you really must visit is Powis Castle, a fortified stately home which is now run by the National Trust. Whatever your pleasure there's sure to be something for everyone, a multitude of interesting, independent retailers share the town with multiple supermarkets and well known high street shops, a newly opened spa accompanies a range of beauty salons and hairdressers to keep you looking at your best. 'The Flash' leisure centre and swimming pool will help you stay in shape, although you may just prefer long walks through the beautiful countryside or along the Montgomeryshire Canal to help with that. With lots of car parks and 45 minutes free parking on the high street the town is ready for you to explore.

The border town of Oswestry is the third largest town in Shropshire, following Telford and Shrewsbury and offers an extensive range of retail, recreational and educational facilities. Served by Arriva Midlands and other local independents the town offers regular bus services which link nearby villages and towns including Wrexham and Shrewsbury. There is outstanding education available in the area, with several primary schools such as Our Lady's Primary School, St. Oswald's Catholic Primary School and Woodside Primary School, which became an academy on 1 May 2013. Secondary education is covered by two independent schools, Moreton Hall School (for girls) and Oswestry School (co-educational), and a comprehensive secondary school, The Marches School, which is also an academy. Oswestry also offers a great deal of everyday essentials, with an excellent range of independent retailers and a number of supermarkets chains, farm materials, banks, electrical stores and a large array of bars and restaurants. If you like to spend your time soaking up some local culture Oswestry is home to an Arts and Craft Gallery, The Willow Gallery and also accommodates the Llanymynech to Chirk Mill section of the famous Offa?s Dyke Path (a national trail) just outside the town, located across the old racecourse. If you are somebody that likes to participate in leisure activities and sports at any level, Oswestry is an ideal place for you, from Welsh premier league Side TNS (The New Saints) who play their home football at Park Hall Stadium, that recently secured a Europa League qualifying spot, to a wide selection of local clubs who play in organized leagues within Wales. Oswestry holds several other sports clubs including Rugby, Bowls, Cricket, and Tennis. The town also has a selection of gymnasiums, and a thriving running scene.
