" An appealing and deceptively spacious mature semi detached cottage set in lovely gardens with garage and stunning views to the rear over open farmland towards Pontesford Hill.

DIRECTIONS From Shrewsbury take the A488. Proceed through Hanwood and then after about 1.3 miles, turn right opposite the Lea Cross Tavern and also signed 'Edge'. Follow this road over the bridge and then after a short distance the property will be seen second on the left. SITUATION The property is most attractively situated on the fringe of the popular and small hamlet of Lea, backing onto open farmland with wonderful open views towards Pontesford Hill. The property is also conveniently positioned for access to the neighbouring villages of Pontesbury or Hanwood, which provide a selection of amenities including schools and shops. The area is particularly convenient for access to the main A5 commuter road, linking through to Telford or Oswestry.
