The Watch Oak has a lot to offer as a family home and is well linked for many larger local areas. The nearest village is Eaton Constantine. The small village of Eaton Constantine has an active village hall, and lies approximately 2 miles from Cressage village, which has a local primary school, shop, doctors surgery, 2 mile to Leighton village, Ironbridge approximately 5 miles - recognised as a World Heritage site, Much Wenlock 6 miles - picturesque medieval town with local shops, supermarket, bank, post office, chemist, William Brookes secondary school, and Wellington town 6 miles - good shopping centre and railway station with nearby junction onto the M54 with connection onto M6 and M1 respectively,Telford approx 9 miles and Shrewsbury 10 miles.

The internal accommodation offers four generously proportioned bedrooms with a recent master suite being built to include an en-suite bathroom and balcony which offers a splendid opportunity to take advantage of the excellent views. A further family bathroom services the further three bedrooms.

If desired, there is still further scope to extend over the garage to create a fifth bedroom which would then possibly allow for a self contained annexe to be made form the existing garage. Pending the necessary approval and permissions. The necessary planning permission is already in place for the fifth bedroom and for the erection of a double garage.

Downstairs provides two large reception rooms, one for dining and one for living. Both have sliding door access to the back of the property and the views can be enjoyed very easily from both of these rooms. The kitchen qualifies as a breakfast kitchen and has a large utility room off it with a separate sink. Access can also be gained to the garage. Completing the ground floor is a W/C.

Outside, there really is no getting away from the beautiful and imposing views which really are panoramic. There are two paddock areas, one which is a very well kept garden area laid to lawn, the other used currently for the keeping of chickens/hens etc. There is also a further outbuilding which would make a useful workshop.

There is ample driveway parking for numerous vehicles and there is easy access to some excellent rural walks which meander around two large ponds.
