The property is conveniently situated in one of the most popular locations in this well known village and seaside resort adjoining Brynowen Caravan Park. From the village, proceed up Clarach Road, from the 'Nisa' Store take the third lane on the left, approximately half way up. The property is the last property on the left hand side of this quiet lane and enjoys views across to Borth High Street/Cardigan Bay, with access to Borth beach at the end of the road, noted as one of the best sandy beaches on the West Wales Coast. Borth is at present enjoying ever increasing popularity for summer holidays and as an area in which to retire. The locality is favoured, having an excellent reputation. There are good shopping facilities in the village with Primary School and Public Transport to all parts.
