" Looking for a cool and thoroughly affordable home in Malpas? If so, look no further, as we've got one right here! Occupying a prominent corner plot, this mature semi detached house is within walking distance OF local shops and amenities and occupies a generous plot, which provides ample off road car parking for several cars (at least 5, we think). Not only that; it has been much improved by the current owners and this includes refitting of the kitchen/breakfast room and the family bathroom. An internal inspection is therefore recommended and the through lounge/dining room immediately creates a favourable impression, with its french double doors leading into the sheltered rear garden (almost having a Mediterranean feel!!).
