The property is approached via a small cattle grid which leads to a gravelled driveway with timber five bar gates securing a wide sweeping expanse of driveway that forks left to the front of the property and right towards the stable blocks and paddock. The driveway is flagged by mature areas of lawn. The principal garden area runs to the side and rear of the property being laid to lawn and enjoying complete seclusion and privacy due to their position adjoining open countryside. In addition to the large expanses of lawn there are mature and young trees, beautifully stocked beds and borders, a stone edged pond and a patio area.The aforementioned stable block has a central paved path running between the stables which lead to a timber five bar gate which in turn leads to the paddocks. Directions
From our office in the centre of Tarporley take a left out of the Village and proceed along until reaching the junction joining the A49. At the crossroads at the Red Fox on the right hand side take a right turn onto the A49 Whitchurch. Proceed along through the villages of Beeston and Spurstow before taking a right onto the A534. After a very short distance you will reach a junction at which point turn right and continue along the A534. Continue for several miles passing through the village of Ridley and continue along passing the Olive Grove Pub on the left hand side continue until reaching the Broxton Roundabout then take the first exit to the left and proceed along until reaching the Hampton Roundabout. Take the second right turn; proceed for half a mile before turning right into Mates Lane whereupon the property will be found after approximately 3/4 of a mile on the left hand side.From the centre of Malpas proceed up the high street turning right into Chester Road and proceed past Bishops Heber High School, drop down the hill and turn left onto Mates Lane follow this lane for approximately 3/4 of a mile and the property will be found on the left hand side.
