" Ready when you are! Yes, this modern semi-detached house is offered with full vacant possession and is there for the taking, But hurry......houses in this price range are flying off the shelves, so you'll need to be quick off the marks if you want to secure this one. The joy of living here is that it is very close to the town centre, yet is still located within a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The house has new carpets, it has neutrally painted walls and there are replacement uPVC double glazed windows. Mind you, it's not perfect and you will almost undoubtedly want to replace the kitchen, along with the dreadful pink bathroom suite. However, we feel that this has been more than compensated in the realistic asking price. The accommodation flows well and the spacious lounge is separated from the dining room by an archway. The kitchen has a range of base and wall units; it is perfectly functional, if not a little dated.
