" There's something weird going on here....this house is a bit like Doctor Who's Tardis! You see, from street level, it's just an ordinary terraced house, but it is only when you see it from the back that you realise it was built as a three storey home (and if you count the converted loft room, that makes 4!)Something else.....You don't expect there to be an open outlook at the rear, but guess what? There is! It backs on to a playing field, so when you stand upstairs (or do I mean downstairs?......it's a bit confusing) there is a lovely feeling of space and lots of green grass. However, walk out of the front door, nip over the road and hey presto, you're at a parade of shops and a stone's throw from the town centre.....weird.There is a genuine reason for selling - our client has moved out of the area, so the house is empty and is thus offered with the benefit of having NO ONWARD CHAIN. Even better, now that it's empty, he has been able to RE-DECORATE throughout and he has fitted BRAND NEW CARPETS, ensuring that you won't have to do much on completion, apart from "plonk" your own furniture in and switch on the TV - brilliant! There is a spacious 25' through lounge/dining room with steps that lead down to the lower ground floor and this gives access to the enormous kitchen/breakfast room. From here, there is access to the rear yard with its patio, raised timber deck and useful storage shed. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst the substantial loft ladder takes you up in the Gods to the loft, which has sky lights - it would be ideal for the use as a third bedroom, subject to building regulations. uPVC double glazed windows have been installed and these compliment the gas fired central heating boiler. So, pick up the phone and give us a call to book your viewing.
