" If you are looking for a good sized detached family home with all bells and whistles attached, then 8 Mill Park may well be the property for you! It occupies a prominent corner plot on a small residential development on the outskirts of town and the current owners have taken great pride in improving the original house so that it may be approached with every confidence of minimum expense upon taking possession. The property has many attributes, not least of which is the superb reconfigured Kitchen/Family/Dining room, which really serves as the hub of the house and quite frankly, it is not hard to see why. Not only has the kitchen itself been refitted with quality units, the Family/Dining area is just around the corner, linked by a granite worktop/breakfast bar; so this clearly is a very sociable area, ideal for entertaining. Other improvements include the conservatory addition, currently fitted as a utility area and the owners have also created an inner hall and study area, both of which originally formed part of the garage and could be reverted to their intended use if required. Unable to sit still, they have also improved the Master Bedroom and this now has a range of built-in wardrobes, along with a curved feature wall from the en-suite shower room. Two of the remaining 3 bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes, one of which is large enough to create a further en-suite, if required and the family bathroom has been recently re-decorated. Outside, there are neatly tended gardens, the rear being enclosed for the safety of children and pets. Apart from the property itself, the joy of living here is its proximity to the town and for those who commute, it is within a short distance from the railway station. For those who drive, the bypass is also easily accessible for travel to Chester, Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Wolverhampton. Book your viewing and see this lovely home first hand.
