" This stunning house has been superbly extended and refurbished by the current owners to create a gorgeous home measuring over 2,400 sq ft. The ground floor has two traditional living rooms, each with a grand fireplace, with a set of double doors separating them. The kitchen has been extended into the side return to create an ideal family room with an island unit at its centre and plenty of built in kitchen appliances. Bifolding doors were installed to lead out into the glorious south-west facing garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is the main bedroom that also has a sweet little balcony overlooking the road. A very generous family bathroom makes up the floor. On the second floor, a full extension has created two large double bedrooms and two further shower rooms. There is also a cellar, ideal for storage, and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The house is located on the west side of Rowfant Road, in the Boundaries triangle area of Balham, about a third of a mile from Balham station (Northern line and National Rail).
